TIMELING — the shipped character pack

Three looks ship, all Timeling's own art: idle (blinks), watching (while
Premiere plays; blinks), dizzy (6 transport hits within 3 s). Every other
slot is yours: open the ? menu in the panel, click a slot, pick a GIF.
Your GIFs live in the panel's data folder, not here, so updates never
touch them; × in the menu removes one.

MOODS (loop while the state holds)
  idle default — required
  watching while Premiere plays
vibing 2 min of unbroken playback
  bored 6 s of no input sleepy 16 s asleep 30 s
  dizzy 6 transport hits (J/K/L, space…) within 3 s
latenight midnight–4 am: takes idle's place
dazed first launch after a crash

  wake waking up from sleepy/asleep
afterwatch played 4 s or more, then stopped
marker a marker is placed — any marker, every time
  wave panel resized

OVERLAYS (take the character's place while the condition holds)
sneeze rare, at random while idle
loud mix held above −1 dBFS for 3 s
  coffee 9:00–9:30 am, not playing
  wine 9:00–9:30 pm, not playing
muted playing but silent for 5 s

An empty slot falls back to the next mood down (watching → idle, bored →
idle, asleep → sleepy → idle…). One GIF per slot. Make GIFs OPAQUE on
#1a1a1a — the stage color in every theme — because Premiere's UXP paints
GIF transparency white. Keep one canvas size. The panel adds no motion of
its own: the GIF does all the acting.

The blink on idle and watching is drawn into the Timeling art — it is not
a slot. A GIF you pick for a mood replaces that look, blink included.
Character mode (build your own character, blink and all) is a later build.
